Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and related corporate work.
Established, portable practice with originate-and-run capability (portable book of business required).
Experience advising international corporates, PE funds or US/UK clients on cross-border deals.
Strong client development skills and ability to work within a partner-driven team in Dubai.
