Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A/Transactional), Indianapolis

Lead partner opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a busy M&A and transactional practice in Indianapolis. The role will involve originating and managing mid-market to large corporate deals, advising corporate clients across the deal lifecycle, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The team handles cross-border and domestic transactions and works closely with other practice groups on complex, multidisciplinary matters. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and proven client relationships.

• Proven partner-level M&A/transactional experience
• Strong track record of originating and managing deals and leading teams
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
• Portable practice or demonstrable client development capability preferred
