Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A/Transactional), Minneapolis

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a leading US law firm’s Minneapolis office to lead and expand an established M&A and transactional practice. The role focuses on advising on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate transactions across a range of industries.

The partner will take primary responsibility for originating and managing deals, leading deal teams, and working closely with other practice areas on complex matters. This is a visible position with opportunity to shape practice strategy and business development in the region.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and transactional work.
• Track record of originating and leading deals and managing transaction teams.
• Demonstrable client relationships or a portable practice; strong business development skills.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and able to work from the Minneapolis office.
