Established partner with significant corporate/M&A and transactional experience.
Track record of originating or leading deals and managing client relationships; portable practice desirable.
Strong technical skills in deal execution and corporate governance.
Admission to practice in New Jersey (or ability to qualify) and willingness to work from the Newark office.
