Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Transactions), Raleigh

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance across middle-market and complex transactions.

The partner will originate and manage client relationships, lead deal teams, and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcomed.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships / a portable practice
• Experience managing deal teams and supervising associates
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
