Senior corporate partner role for an established national practice with a strong sector focus. The team advises on M&A, private equity and complex transactional matters across healthcare & life sciences, energy, technology and manufacturing clients.

The firm is seeking a partner with an active, portable practice who can both originate opportunities and lead client engagements. This role offers strong internal sector platforms and cross-practice support to expand transactions work across industry-focused teams.

Partner-level experience in M&A, private equity or complex corporate transactions.
Proven book of business and ability to bring portable client relationships.
Track record of originating and leading transactions; strong business development skills.
Experience advising clients in at least one target sector (healthcare & life sciences, energy, technology, manufacturing).
Active bar admission in the United States and JD or equivalent law degree.
