Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A — Washington, D.C.

Senior corporate partner role based in Washington, D.C., joining a well-established corporate practice to lead and originate M&A and transactional matters. The team advises on a range of corporate governance and buy-side/sell-side transactions for domestic and cross-border clients.

The role offers responsibility for client development, matter leadership and mentorship of junior lawyers within a busy transactional platform. Candidates with an existing, portable practice in M&A/transactional work are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; a portable practice welcomed.
• Strong leadership, business development and team-management skills.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and demonstrated transactional experience.
