Leading international law firm seeking a partner to join its Washington, D.C. corporate practice with a focus on M&A and transactional work. The role involves originating and leading high-value cross-border and domestic deals, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The team advises corporate clients across sectors on complex acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions. The practice offers significant platform support, a deep client network, and collaboration with market-leading offices globally.

• Proven partner-level transactional/M&A experience at a major law firm
• Established, portable client base and demonstrated business origination skills
• Strong deal leadership and experience on complex cross-border and domestic transactions
• Track record of mentoring and developing junior lawyers; excellent commercial judgment
• Admission to practice in the U.S.; ability to work in Washington, D.C.
