- Proven partner- or senior-level M&A experience, including transactions for emerging-growth and startup clients
- Established, portable book of business and a track record of client origination
- Strong technical drafting and deal management skills across buy- and sell-side matters
- Bar admission or eligibility in D.C.; excellent business development and relationship-management abilities
