Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A (Wilmington)

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Wilmington corporate team. The role focuses on corporate M&A and capital markets work, with frequent collaboration across technology and IP practices on transactional and IP-litigation matters.

The successful candidate will join a growing regional office that handles emerging-growth and technology-sector clients as well as private equity and issuer-side capital markets transactions. The position offers opportunity to build and lead cross-practice engagements and to work with established corporate teams.

• Established partner with a proven corporate/M&A practice and significant transactional experience
• Experience on capital markets and/or technology-sector transactions; familiarity with IP-related issues advantageous
• Track record of originating or leading client relationships; portable book of business preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively across practices and mentor junior lawyers
