Leading national law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its Los Angeles corporate team with a focus on media and entertainment transactions. The role centers on leading M&A matters in the media and entertainment sector, advising strategic and private equity clients on complex deals and related commercial matters.

The position offers a platform to build and lead a team, work closely with senior deal lawyers across the firm, and expand a client base in the entertainment space. Candidates with an established, portable practice or a strong track record of business development in media M&A will be particularly well suited.

Partner-level experience advising on M&A transactions, including media & entertainment deals.
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing deal teams.
Demonstrable client development skills; portable client relationships preferred.
Licensed to practice in California (or able to qualify) and able to work from the Los Angeles office.
