Lateral Partner — Corporate / Private Equity, Austin

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin corporate team. The role will focus on private equity-backed M&A and complex corporate transactions, working with senior deal teams on high-value, cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will help grow a portable practice in the region and collaborate with sector-focused partners across the firm’s global platform. This is an opportunity to take a senior role in a high-performing office with substantial deal flow.

• Established partner with a proven corporate/M&A practice, ideally with private equity experience
• Track record of originating or leading significant transactions and managing deal teams
• Strong client development skills and ability to build a portable practice
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
