Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join the Denver office to expand a transactional corporate practice with a strong private equity and M&A focus and complementary intellectual property work. The role will serve clients across life sciences, energy and other commercial sectors.

The partner will handle complex buy- and sell-side transactions, represent sponsors and strategic acquirers, and advise on IP-driven deal points including licensing and technology considerations. This is an opportunity to lead matters, mentor juniors, and grow a portable practice in a collaborative platform.

Established partner with a proven track record in M&A and private equity transactions.
Demonstrated experience with IP issues in commercial deals (licensing, technology diligence) and/or life sciences or energy sector transactions.
Proven client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable book of business.
Strong leadership, deal management and mentoring experience in a partner role; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
