Lateral Partner — Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Sioux Falls

Senior partner-level role to lead and grow a corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice from the firm's Sioux Falls office. The role will handle complex creditor and debtor-side matters and work closely with a broader national restructuring team.

Ideal for an established restructuring partner seeking a platform to expand a portable practice and originate new client relationships. The position includes responsibility for client development, case leadership, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• J.D. and active admission to the relevant state bar (or ability to obtain admission).
• Established partner-level experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
• Proven track record of leading complex restructurings and courtroom/commercial litigation experience related to insolvency matters.
• Demonstrated business development and client-management skills; portable client relationships are welcome.
