Lateral Partner — Corporate Restructuring, Charleston

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice in Charleston. The role focuses on counseling clients on restructurings, in-court insolvency matters, out-of-court workouts and related corporate reorganizations.

You will supervise and develop a small team, take primary responsibility for client engagements, and work across finance and corporate colleagues on complex restructurings. The firm seeks a partner who can both manage matters from a technical standpoint and contribute to practice growth.

• Established partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
• Proven track record advising on in‑court reorganizations and out‑of‑court restructurings; experience with creditor-side and debtor-side representations a plus.
• Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice to generate and sustain client work.
• Bar admission and JD; strong leadership, client-management and mentoring skills.
