Seeking a partner to join a well-established practice advising on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. The role will lead complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings for corporate clients across industries, with opportunities to run engagements and mentor junior lawyers.

The hire will work on both debtor-side and creditor-side matters, providing strategic advice on restructuring, workouts, creditor negotiations and related corporate issues. The team handles matter workstreams from liability analysis through confirmation and implementation.

Preference for candidates with an existing restructuring practice who can contribute business development and client relationships; portable client work is welcome and will be valued.

Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction; admissions in other US jurisdictions a plus
Established restructuring and bankruptcy practice with partner-level experience
Proven ability to originate or expand client relationships and to lead complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings
Strong drafting, negotiation and courtroom capability; experience supervising teams
