Lateral Partner — Corporate Restructuring, New York

Established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York restructuring and corporate practice. The role focuses on leading complex chapter 11 restructurings, distressed M&A and related corporate advisory work for creditor, debtor and stakeholder clients.

The team handles high‑stakes, cross‑border matters and offers strong platform support and senior deal teams. This is an opportunity to lead significant matters, mentor junior lawyers and expand a market-facing restructuring practice in New York.

• Proven track record in restructuring and bankruptcy work, including leading chapter 11 cases and distressed M&A.
• Established relationships and a portable practice or book of business in restructuring/creditor/debtor work preferred.
• Strong client management, business development and team leadership skills.
• Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility) and excellent drafting and oral advocacy abilities.
