Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlanta office to grow a cross‑practice corporate and technology platform. The role will focus on corporate M&A, capital markets (issuer-side and related matters), emerging growth/startups and technology transactions, with close coordination across intellectual property and IP litigation teams.

The team advises clients across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the region, and work with national and international practice groups on complex, cross-border matters.

Partner-level experience handling corporate M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions; significant matters for sophisticated clients
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business generation capability preferred
Experience collaborating with IP and tech teams on transactional and litigation-related issues
Strong leadership, coaching and cross‑border coordination skills
Bar admission and standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
