Lateral Partner, Corporate & Securities Litigation — Toronto

Senior litigation partner role in a well-established Canadian firm, based in Toronto. The practice focuses on corporate commercial disputes, with a significant emphasis on securities litigation and public-company matters.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable commercial and securities litigation practice and the ability to lead high‑value, complex matters for public and large private company clients, including work involving institutional investors and funds.

• Established partner with a portable litigation practice; candidates with a demonstrable book of business or clear growth trajectory will be considered.
• Extensive experience in securities litigation and corporate commercial disputes, including public company and large private‑company matters.
• Proven track record leading complex cases and managing client relationships; experience with institutional/hedge fund matters an asset.
• Licensed to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction and able to be based in Toronto.
