Partner-level experience in M&A and securities matters, including transactional and public/private securities work
Proven portable book of business and demonstrable client origination/relationship history
Active bar admission in California (or willingness to obtain) and JD from accredited law school
Strong commercial judgment, business development aptitude, and practice leadership experience
