Leading litigation-focused law firm is expanding its corporate and securities capabilities in Silicon Valley and seeks a lateral partner to join the team. The role will focus on M&A and public and private securities matters for technology and growth-company clients.

The partner will work on complex deal work, lead transactions, and support cross-practice matters with the firm's national platform. The team is building senior bench strength in the region and values candidates who can originate and manage client relationships.

Established partner with significant experience in M&A and securities work (public and/or private offerings).
Demonstrable track record leading complex transactions and managing deal teams.
Portable client relationships and a business-development focus; firm prefers candidates actively seeking a move with an existing book of business.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent client-facing skills, and ability to collaborate across practices.
