Seeking a lateral partner to join a global full‑service practice in the Chicago office. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate, technology and IP work and involve leading complex M&A and capital markets matters, advising growth‑stage and technology clients, and supporting technology transactions and IP litigation matters.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer with an established practice and client relationships who can contribute business development and leadership to a growing team. The position offers a platform to work on cross‑border and sector‑specialist deals across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy.

Partner‑level experience handling M&A and capital markets matters, ideally with technology and emerging growth clients
Track record on technology transactions and/or IP litigation or IP transactional work
Proven portable client relationships or an ability to generate new business and develop client teams
Experience leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers; comfortable working on cross‑border and sector‑focused transactions
