Lateral Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP (Atlantic City)

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a cross-practice corporate and technology group from the firm's Atlantic City office. The role will focus on high‑value M&A, private equity and capital markets work, together with technology transactions and related IP litigation/transactional matters.

Ideal candidates will be experienced rainmakers who can run transactional teams, deepen client relationships across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors, and collaborate with offices across the U.S. and internationally. Portable practice and the ability to generate new business are important.

• Partner-level experience handling complex M&A, PE and capital markets transactions.
• Proven record on technology transactions and IP-related litigation or transactional counseling.
• Established client relationships and demonstrable business development capability; portable practice preferred.
• Experience managing deal teams, cross‑office collaboration and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Bar admission in the U.S. and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
