Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Boston office to strengthen its corporate, technology transactions and intellectual property practices. The role will work on cross-border M&A, capital markets matters, technology deals and IP-related transactional and litigation support.

Ideal candidates will join a collaborative, sector-focused platform advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy. The team works closely with offices across the U.S. and internationally on integrated, high‑value matters.

Established partner with a demonstrable corporate/M&A and technology transactional or IP practice.
Track record advising on M&A, capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus) and technology/transactional work.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to originate and grow business within target sectors.
Strong cross-border experience and comfort working with multi-office, multidisciplinary teams.
