Senior partner role within a global corporate team based in Chicago, focused on M&A, private equity, capital markets and technology transactions with significant intellectual property dimensions. The role sits on a multi-office platform and will collaborate closely with US and international colleagues.

Ideal for a partner who will lead transactions and client relationships across emerging growth, technology and issuer-side capital markets work, and who can advise on IP-related commercial and transactional matters. The position offers a chance to grow a portable practice or integrate an existing book of business into a large, cross-practice platform.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A, PE, capital markets) and technology-related deals; IP transactional experience a strong plus.
Track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Admitted to practice in the US and able to work from the Chicago office; strong cross-border experience advantageous.
Sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy is helpful.
