Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston corporate team with a focus on M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions. The role will partner with cross‑practice teams on transactional work and related IP and securities matters.

The ideal candidate will have an established transactional practice—private M&A (including PE), issuer-side capital markets, technology deal work and IP transactions—and the ability to originate and deepen client relationships across industries such as technology, life sciences, financial services and energy.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A, capital markets and technology-related deals
Experience working alongside IP and securities specialists on complex transactions
Portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability
Track record advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors
