Lateral Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP Transactions, Los Angeles (Century City)

Senior transactional partner opportunity with a large international firm’s Los Angeles (Century City) office. The team focuses on corporate M&A, capital markets, emerging-growth and technology transactions, with complementary intellectual property and securities experience.

Ideal candidates will lead client engagements across M&A (including private equity), issuer-side and related capital markets work, and technology-driven deals. The role offers significant platform support across U.S. offices and global resources for cross-border matters.

• Established partner or equivalent senior practitioner with a demonstrable transactional practice (M&A, capital markets, technology transactions and/or IP-related deals).
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
• Experience advising issuers, private equity clients and technology companies; cross-border deal experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multi-office, industry-focused teams.
