Major international firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles corporate team, with a focus on M&A, capital markets, technology transactions and IP-related matters. The role will work across emerging growth, technology and life sciences sectors and collaborate with national and international deal teams.

Ideal candidates will lead complex corporate transactions, advise issuers and sponsors on capital markets and private equity deals, and handle technology and IP licensing/transactional work. The position offers significant cross-office coordination with national and global practices.

Established partner with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Substantial experience in M&A (including PE work), capital markets (issuer-side experience desirable), and technology transactions; IP transactional or litigation experience a plus.
Proven ability to lead client relationships and work on cross-border, multi-office matters.
Bar admission in California or eligibility to waive in; strong academic and professional references.
