Lateral Partner — Corporate, Technology & IP Transactions, Los Angeles

Leading national firm is seeking a partner to grow and lead corporate and technology-facing practices from its Los Angeles office. The role emphasizes M&A (including PE-related work), capital markets, emerging growth/startup representation and technology transactions, with strong cross‑practice opportunities alongside IP and litigation teams.

The successful candidate will help originate and manage client relationships, lead deal teams, and collaborate with existing regional and international groups. The team prefers candidates who can bring a portable practice but will consider strong group additions as well.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A, private equity transactions, and/or capital markets, ideally with technology or life‑science clients.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client work and leading deal teams.
• Experience advising emerging growth/startup clients and handling technology transactions advantageous.
• Bar admission in California (or ability to qualify) and ability to work from the Los Angeles office.
