Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy corporate and technology practice in Philadelphia. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with frequent collaboration across intellectual property and finance teams.

Ideal candidates will advise emerging growth and established clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors. The role offers platform support from a large international firm and opportunities to lead deals and build a regional practice.

Established partner with a track record in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions.
Experience advising emerging growth companies and/or issuer-side capital markets matters; sector experience in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy preferred.
Proven client origination or a portable practice; ability to lead deals and mentor junior lawyers.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
