A leading international firm is recruiting a partner to join its downtown San Diego office to expand a growing corporate and technology practice. The role will focus on corporate M&A and capital markets work, with significant opportunity to lead or develop emerging-growth, technology transactions and related IP litigation matters.

The team works across industry sectors including technology, life sciences, financial services and energy, collaborating with national and international offices. The firm seeks a partner able to originate and run matters, mentor junior lawyers, and integrate into a multi-office practice group.

Partner-level experience in corporate M&A and/or capital markets with proven origination skills and an established portable practice
Track record on technology transactions and/or handling IP-related litigation or counseling matters
Experience working with growth-stage and corporate clients across technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sectors
Strong leadership, client-development and team-collaboration skills; active bar admission and JD (or equivalent)
