Ideal for an experienced partner with an established, portable practice who can originate and manage cross-border deals and disputes. The position offers a platform to collaborate with national and international teams while developing West Coast-facing client relationships from a Miami base.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions and technology-related litigation or regulatory counseling.
Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; portable relationships preferred.
Comfort working on fintech, cyber-security, and M&A matters across U.S. and international jurisdictions.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to meet mobility/registration requirements.
