There is a clear preference for partners or groups with portable, client-facing practices and demonstrable origination and revenue history. The firm offers one-tier partnership economics, an engaged leadership team, and a platform to grow scalable practices across corporate, antitrust and technology matters.

Established partner with a proven track record of originations and client relationships.
Significant portable book of business and ability to join as a revenue-generating hire; group moves are welcomed.
Experience in M&A, antitrust/competition, technology transactions or related corporate work; optional experience with PE, VC or capital markets preferred.
Willingness to engage with firm leadership on practice growth and cross‑office collaboration.
