Leading global law firm is seeking a partner to join its Sacramento office to strengthen corporate, technology and IP capabilities. The role focuses on transactional work across M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with a strong pipeline of matters in life sciences, financial services, energy and emerging growth companies.

The team handles cross-border and domestic deals, and partners work closely with litigation and IP teams on related disputes and technology-enabled transactions. This is an opportunity to join a broad platform with national and international dealflow and to help expand client relationships in Northern California.

Partner-level experience in corporate work (M&A and/or capital markets) and technology transactions; experience with IP-related commercial or litigation matters a plus
Proven client-development and business-generation track record; portable practice welcomed
Ability to lead cross-disciplinary deal teams and collaborate with national/international offices
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in California
