Senior lateral partner opportunity to join a busy corporate practice in the firm's San Francisco office. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with frequent work touching on emerging-growth companies and IP transactional matters.

Ideal candidates will lead matters end-to-end, originate and grow client relationships, and collaborate across securities, technology and IP teams. The team handles issuer-side capital markets work, private M&A (including PE-related transactions) and commercial technology deals.

Established partner with a proven corporate practice focused on M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Experience advising emerging-growth and technology company clients; IP transactional experience a plus.
Track record of client origination and business development; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong leadership and ability to work across cross-disciplinary teams (securities, tech, IP).
Admission to practice in California preferred or ability to obtain admission.
