Partner-level opening for an experienced corporate lawyer to join a major international firm’s Baltimore office. The role focuses on M&A, private equity and capital markets work, with significant engagement on technology-driven and life sciences transactions and related IP counseling.

The position will lead and develop client relationships, work across national teams on cross-border matters, and support growth in emerging growth, technology and life-sciences sectors. Candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships in these areas are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level corporate practice with significant experience in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets.
Transaction experience involving technology, life sciences or other innovation-driven sectors; comfort with IP-related commercial issues.
Proven record of leading matters, managing teams and developing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and track record of working on cross-border or national deals.
