Leading international practice seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Corporate & Technology team in Short Hills. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions, with opportunities to advise emerging growth companies, PE-backed deals and cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates will also have experience collaborating with IP and litigation teams on technology-related disputes and transactional risk. The team works with clients across life sciences, financial services, energy and technology sectors and supports matters handled from multiple U.S. and international offices.

Established partner with a strong corporate transactional background (M&A, capital markets, technology transactions).
Demonstrated experience advising emerging growth/venture-backed companies and PE or issuer-side transactions.
Comfort collaborating with IP and litigation teams on technology and life-sciences matters.
Portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business preferred; ability to originate and grow business in the region.
