Partner opportunity with a major global law firm seeking a senior corporate lawyer to help grow an established transactional platform in Austin. The role focuses on corporate M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions, with exposure to emerging-growth companies and clients in technology, life sciences and financial services.

The team handles deal work across corporate transactions, technology licensing and IP-related commercial matters, and works closely with capital markets and private equity practices. This is a growth-oriented role: the firm is expanding its US transactional capabilities and is looking for a partner who can contribute both high-quality deal experience and client development.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in M&A and corporate transactions, including representinɡ issuers or buyers in capital markets and private equity matters.
Proven track record advising technology or emerging-growth companies, and handling technology transactions and IP-commercialization issues.
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred; strong business-development and client-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across practices and drive growth in a multi-office platform.
