Experienced corporate partner sought to join a leading global law firm’s San Francisco office. The role focuses on M&A and capital markets work with a strong emphasis on technology, emerging growth companies and related transactional matters.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and a track record advising issuers, sponsors and growth-stage technology clients on complex deals and technology transactions. The role will also interface with IP litigation and transactional teams on matters where technology and intellectual property intersect.

Established partner with significant transactional experience (M&A, private equity, or capital markets)
Demonstrable experience with technology and emerging-growth company clients and technology transactions
Comfort working alongside IP litigation and transactional practices on cross-cutting matters
Portable book of business or clear origination pipeline preferred
Licensed to practice in California or able to obtain admission
