Seeking a senior partner to lead and grow a cross‑border shipping finance and restructuring practice within a major US firm platform. The role will advise lenders, shipping companies and stakeholders on financing, workout and insolvency matters across the US and the UK, working with teams across multiple US offices.

The team values a partner with a portable practice and demonstrable origination capability who can step into a leadership role, help develop succession plans, and mentor more junior lawyers. This is a strategic hire intended to broaden national scale and support for an established practice.

Established partner with substantial practice in shipping/maritime finance and restructurings.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience handling cross‑border US/UK matters and coordinating multi‑office teams.
Strong leadership, business development and succession planning experience.
Bar admission in at least one relevant US jurisdiction; international qualification a plus.
