Lateral Partner — Debt Financing / Corporate Lending — Toronto

Leading Toronto debt financing team seeks a mid-level lateral partner to join its lender-side corporate lending practice. The role will focus on syndicated and bilateral bank financings, with opportunities to work on mining finance and other industry-backed transactions.

The team prioritizes candidates with demonstrable business-development ability and strong bank relationships. The firm operates an equity-only partnership structure.

• Established partner with significant partner-level experience in lender-side corporate lending
• Proven relationships with Canadian and international banks and demonstrable BD track record
• Experience on mining finance preferred but not required; comfortable with syndicated and bilateral financings
• Ability to build and grow a practice within an equity partnership model; a portable book is a plus but not required
