Senior partner hire for a busy digital business and technology practice based in Madrid. The role will lead and develop a broad technology offering covering areas such as IP, data protection, crypto/blockchain, NFTs, internet-facing disputes and AI-related matters.

Ideal for an entrepreneurial partner able to run matters end-to-end, manage a small team, and grow a portable practice in Spain by delivering cross-disciplinary advice across regulatory, transactional and contentious work.

Established partner-level experience in technology and digital business matters.
Practical experience across IP, data protection, crypto/blockchain and AI-related issues; experience with technology disputes an advantage.
Proven ability to generate and grow business — portable/managed book of business expected.
Track record of leading teams and running client relationships across transactional and contentious work.
