Proven partner‑level experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency/restructuring.
Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships relevant to commercial disputes or restructuring.
Comfort working across multiple offices within the region and collaborating on cross‑jurisdictional matters.
Ability to contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers.
