Leading international law firm is seeking a civil-qualified Lateral Partner to join its Dubai disputes team focused on restructuring, insolvency and arbitration. The role will work on cross-border contentious matters that engage local UAE courts and regional insolvency processes.

The team is looking for an experienced trial and arbitration lawyer who is already active in the Middle East market. The post-holder will collaborate with regional and international colleagues on restructuring matters and complex commercial disputes.

Civil-qualified lawyer (Egyptian-qualified or equivalent regional qualification preferred).
Established track record in restructuring/insolvency and commercial arbitration or litigation.
Experience handling matters that engage local UAE courts and cross-border insolvency issues.
Proven regional presence with an existing portable practice or developable book of business.
