Established, client-focused law firm in Boston is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice. The role emphasizes partner-level deal work, client development, and strategic practice leadership across early-stage and growth-company matters.

The successful candidate will handle a full range of corporate and transactional work including entity formation, financings, venture investments, M&A for growth companies, and investor-side representation. This opening offers firm support for originating and expanding a portable practice while working with a team of corporate attorneys across the U.S.

Proven partner-level experience in venture capital, emerging growth and startup representation
Track record of originating and maintaining a portable practice (book of business)
Strong transactional experience: equity financings, venture rounds, M&A and corporate counseling
Excellent client development and relationship management skills
Active bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction
