Lateral Partner — Emerging Companies & Venture Capital, London

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice in the London office. The role focuses on advising growth-stage companies, venture funds and investors on fundraises, equity incentives and commercial arrangements.

This is a hands-on partner position with responsibility for originating and leading transactions, supervising junior lawyers and developing the practice in the UK market. The team offers cross-border work and collaboration with corporate colleagues across offices.
