Lateral Partner — Emerging Growth, Venture Capital & Technology Transactions (Denver)

Full-equity partner opportunity to lead and grow an emerging-growth and technology transactions practice in Denver. The role focuses on representing startups, growth-stage companies, investors and strategic acquirers on venture financings, commercial agreements and tech-related M&A/transaction work.

Ideal for a partner with a transactional technology-oriented practice who can originate and manage client matters across the venture lifecycle, from formation and financings to commercial contracting and exits. The role offers a platform to build a regional practice while collaborating with broader corporate and technology teams.

• Established partner with a transactional tech/venture capital practice
• Proven experience advising startups, investors and growth companies on financings, commercial contracts and related M&A
• Track record of originating or cultivating client relationships; portable practice or client relationships welcomed
• Strong leadership and business-development skills; ability to mentor associates and integrate with cross-practice teams
