Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy employee benefits group in Atlanta with a strong ESOP focus. The role will blend counseling on all types of employee benefit plans with transactional and regulatory work related to ESOPs.

The team advises employers across industries and coordinates work across multiple offices; the hire will collaborate with national colleagues and be expected to develop and grow a portable practice. This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney who wants a visible role within a well-established benefits platform.

• Seasoned partner-level experience in employee benefits and ESOP transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Strong counseling and transactional skills, including familiarity with ERISA and related regulatory matters.
• J.D. and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
