Senior partner opportunity to join a national Employment & Labor practice based in Chicago, focused on employee benefits matters with a particular emphasis on ESOP work. The role will involve advising employers on the full range of benefit plan issues and supporting cross-office matters.

The team values a commercial, client-facing partner who can develop and expand benefits offerings and collaborate with broader employment and transactions groups. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability in benefits/ESOPs is welcome.

Established partner-level experience advising on employee benefits, including ESOP transactions and related plan issues.
Proven client-development skills and the ability to work on cross-office/national engagements.
Comfort working within a multidisciplinary employment and labor platform.
