The role will advise public and private employers on retirement plans, executive compensation, welfare plans and ESOP structuring and administration.
This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for originating work, growing relationships and leading engagements. The position offers the chance to build and lead a regional practice within an established national firm platform.
- Partner-level experience in employee benefits and ESOP matters.
- Proven track record of originating and managing client work and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERISA, qualified plans, executive compensation and related regulatory issues.
- Experience leading teams and managing client engagements in a law-firm environment.
- Bar admission in Washington state (or eligibility) and ability to practice in Seattle.
