Top-tier law firm is seeking a partner to join its Seattle Employee Benefits group, with a strong emphasis on ESOP work and broader benefits matters. The role will advise public and private employers on retirement plans, executive compensation, welfare plans and ESOP structuring and administration.

This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for originating work, growing relationships and leading engagements. The position offers the chance to build and lead a regional practice within an established national firm platform.

Partner-level experience in employee benefits and ESOP matters.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong technical knowledge of ERISA, qualified plans, executive compensation and related regulatory issues.
Experience leading teams and managing client engagements in a law-firm environment.
Bar admission in Washington state (or eligibility) and ability to practice in Seattle.
